Johnson O’Connor utilizes Sharefile, a cloud-based portal, to access and share documents with our clients. This portal is used for more general communications, outside of the specific request lists sent via Suralink for certain business clients and Client Collaboration sent to our clients via an email at the beginning of our tax season for use in preparation of individual tax returns.

Client Collaboration Hub:
Starting with the 2023 individual tax returns, Johnson O’Connor will be inviting its clients to gather and share their personal tax information using Client Collaboration. Our individual clients will receive an email inviting them to register their account, and then will receive access to a client specific list of items needed along with some questions regarding their 2023 tax year.
