A JO Shadow Day gives college students the chance to step inside our office, meet our people, and get a firsthand look at what working at a public accounting firm is actually like.
No interview. No pressure. Just an opportunity to explore, ask questions, and see if a career in accounting — and at JO — could be a good fit for you.
What to Expect:
Your shadow day will give you a behind-the-scenes look at life at JO. Depending on the day, you may:
- Meet accountants at different stages of their careers
- Learn about the different areas of public accounting
- Sit in on conversations and see our teams at work
- Tour the office and get a feel for our culture
- Ask the questions you actually want answered about internships, careers, the CPA path, and life after college
There’s no need to have it all figured out before you visit. That’s kind of the point.

Shadow Days are designed for college students who are curious about accounting, public accounting, or JO. Whether you already know accounting is your path or you’re still exploring your options, you’re welcome to reach out.
