A Note From Our Managing Partner
At Johnson O’Connor, we extend our people-centered philosophy out to the community where we live and work. We believe that lending our support to various charities, causes, and community organizations makes us a better and more well-rounded business. We are proud of our employees who volunteer their time and share their talents to build a better community for all.
Over the summer we launched our Volunteer Initiative, where each quarter we coordinate a volunteer effort, switching off between going offsite to volunteer our time and coordinating donation drives during busier times.
Our Q3 2022 effort, a back to school drive with Citizens Inn, was a great success to help with the start of the school year. Our Q4 2022 initiative was going offsite to Lazarus House in Lawrence, MA. We helped in their food pantry and soup kitchen during the busy holiday season to assemble and distribute bags of food and also prepare and serve lunch in their soup kitchen to members of the community.
We strive to be participants in society, not passive bystanders.
